Over the weekend of 30/31 January, the OPPF moved from the prefab building next to STRUBI and became the OPPF-UK in the new Research Complex at Harwell. The NEW OPPF-UK phone directory is now on the internal section of this website.
Oxford-Diamond-Chroma Therapeutics DPhil Studentship - "X-ray crystallography to investigate the mechanism of selective cleavage by carboxylesterases." A 3 year DPhil project, jointly funded by The University of Oxford, Diamond Light Source and Chroma Therapeutics is available in the area of structure-based drug design. The new-look Division of Structural Biology website was launched on 28th October 2009. The new site was designed to fit in with the new University branding guidelines and the look of the new website for the Nuffield Department of Clinical Medicine. We hope that visitors to the site as well as STRUBI staff easier to use - please let us know your comments!
The Division of Structural Biology marked its 10th anniversary with a party on 5th June 2009. The party also marked the 10th anniversary of the Wellcome Trust Centre opening its doors to researchers. The party was a great success with several old STRUBI members returning to mark the occasion.
